DriveOK Inc Launches Interactive Voice Response for all On-Demand Tracking Customers
SAN DIEGO, Calif. - The ability to use the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) is now available to all customers using DriveOK Inc, "On-Demand" trackers.
Our goal at DriveOK is to make GPS Vehicle Tracking effective and convenient for all of our customers and the use of the IVR is another feature that accomplishes this goal," said Mark Wells, President & CEO of DriveOK Inc.
The IVR is a voice recognition system customers can use to track their vehicles even when they do not have access to a computer. To use the IVR, customers call a 1-888 toll free number, and using their account phone number and a PIN they are able to locate their vehicle from any telephone.
- 'Locate' - Get current location of vehicle
- 'Address' - Get last location of vehicle
- 'InstaFence' - places an invisible fence around the car's immediate location. If your alerts are enabled 'on', you will be alerted when that car is moved. The Instafence can be unset before the car is moved in order to avoid generating an alert.
- 'Unset'- Remove last set geofence
Instafence has been recognized as a valuable feature when leaving an unoccupied vehicle in a potentially unsafe place.
